Our holiday sale runs from November 28th (Thursday), 12 am EDT through December 3rd, 2025 (Tuesday), 11:59 EDT. You have 6 full days to take advantage of our holiday pricing!
When will my holiday order ship?
All orders ship within 1-5 business days of being placed.
Important timing for Black Friday weekend:
Orders placed on Thanksgiving Day or before 1:00 PM CT on Friday will ship on Friday.
Orders placed Friday after 1:00 PM CT through Monday morning (including rush/overnight shipping) will ship on Monday.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 2-5 business days after your order ships. We ship primarily with USPS, OnTrac, and FedEx.
Please note that during the holiday season, carrier delays may occur that are beyond our control.
When is the last day to order for Christmas delivery?
Domestic orders (U.S.):
Standard Ground Shipping: Order by December 16th
Expedited/Priority Shipping: Order by December 19th
Overnight Shipping: Order by December 23rd

Is E+PATROL vegan?
Our products, powered by plant protein, are 100% vegan. We created these with the highest quality pea protein and other plant-based goodness, giving you a protein source that supports your wellness without compromising on your values.
When ordering, be sure to choose the “plant protein” option, and you’ll get a fully vegan/dairy-free product!
Are your products fully organic?
The majority of our produce is organic and freeze-dried, ensuring the highest nutritional value. While we prioritize organic ingredients whenever possible, we also source the highest-quality ingredients from around the globe, whether organic or conventionally grown, to ensure you get the best nutrition and taste in every serving.
Does E+PATROL contain caffeine?
Our Farmstand Fruit and Alpenglow Cocoa flavors are caffeine-free. Longevity coffee packs 100mg of caffeine per serving - available in both Plant Protein and Milk Protein.
Do you test for heavy metals?
Through our rigorous approval process, all of our carefully selected vendors/supplies are required to test each ingredient for the appropriate potential threats, including but not limited to microbials and heavy metal analysis. Additionally, an organoleptic sensory evaluation is conducted prior to use in each batch. Once production is complete, we place all products in a temporary quarantine until they pass a final lab test to make sure that each bag of E+PATROL is of the highest quality and safety standards set by the FDA.

How do I open my E+PATROL bag?
Open your bag from the back, not the front. The resealable strip is designed to pull apart easily from the back top edge. Opening from the front will cause the bag to tear. Starting from the back ensures a smooth open and makes it easy to reseal after each use.
How should I store E+PATROL?
Keep your E+PATROL pouch in a cool, dry place at room temperature. Make sure the pouch is sealed tight to keep it fresh and moisture out. Avoid direct sunlight and humid spots like near the sink or stove.

Do you accept returns?
We want you to love your E+PATROL products! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for products that are unopened and in their original condition.
