Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened products in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund, except under our Find Your Flavor Guarantee for first-time orders of E+PATROL PowerMeal.

Find Your Flavor Guarantee

You should want to drink E+PATROL PowerMeal every day. If your first flavor isn’t the one, we’ll help you find it.

Try any E+PATROL PowerMeal for 30 days. If the flavor isn’t right, send it back, and we’ll replace it with one that is.

How it works
Email help@epatrol.co with your order number and the flavor you want next. We’ll send return instructions. You’ll just handle the return shipping back to us. Once your return is received, your replacement SuperMeal ships within 1–2 business days, free of charge.

The specifics
This guarantee applies to your first order of E+PATROL PowerMeal from epatrol.co only. Not valid on purchases made through third-party retailers. Repeat orders are not eligible.This guarantee applies only to exchanges and does not cover refunds.

The product must be less than 50% consumed. Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. 

Limit one flavor exchange per customer. Replacement PowerMeal ships free. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
