1. Introduction

Welcome to E+PATROL. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at epatrol.co and any purchases you make from us (collectively, the "Services"). The Services are operated by E+PATROL Inc. ("E+PATROL," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Services and make purchases. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may not exactly reflect the actual product. Formulations and packaging may be updated from time to time.

4. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment and shipping information. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, orders that contain errors in pricing or product information, orders affected by product unavailability, or orders that exceed reasonable purchase quantities.

If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription orders are processed and shipped on a recurring basis at the frequency you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each recurring order until you cancel.

You may cancel, pause, or modify your subscription at any time with no penalty by logging in to your account or contacting us at help@epatrol.co. Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. We recommend updating your subscription settings before your next renewal date to ensure any changes take effect in time.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship to U.S. territories or international addresses.

We aim to process and ship orders promptly, but estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, delivery timelines are determined by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or OnTrac) and are outside our control.

E+PATROL is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed by the carrier after shipment. If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship the order.

8. Product Disclaimer

E+PATROL products are intended to support general health and wellness. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions, consult your healthcare provider before using our products. E+PATROL is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from allergies or sensitivities to any ingredients listed on our product labels.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, and product descriptions, is the property of E+PATROL Inc. or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

By using the Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services or any product shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E+PATROL Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in Portland, Maine, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
