Once you’ve had it as intended, feel free to make it your own. Some customers love blending in pineapple, yogurt, coconut water, peanut butter, oat milk, vanilla, mint, or creatine.

Keep your E+PATROL pouch in a cool, dry place at room temperature with the seal tightly closed to maintain freshness and keep out moisture. Avoid direct sunlight and humid areas like near the sink or stove.

Open your pouch from the back, not the front. The resealable strip is designed to pull apart easily from the back top edge, and opening from the front can cause the bag to tear. Starting from the back ensures a smooth open and makes it easy to reseal after each use.

Standard shipping usually takes 2–5 business days after your order ships. Carrier delays can occur due to holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We ship primarily with USPS, OnTrac, and FedEx.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories or international addresses. We’re exploring ways to expand our shipping options and will update the site when more destinations become available.

Through our rigorous approval process, all of our carefully selected vendors/supplies are required to test each ingredient for the appropriate potential threats, including but not limited to microbials and heavy metal analysis. Additionally, an organoleptic sensory evaluation is conducted prior to use in each batch. Once production is complete, we place all products in a temporary quarantine until they pass a final lab test to make sure that each bag of E+PATROL is of the highest quality and safety standards set by the FDA.
